MICHAEL JACKSON's daughter PARIS is so devastated about her father's death she has been writing him letters every day since he died.
The 11 year old, who broke hearts when she teared up as spoke at her late father's memorial service in front of millions of viewers on Tuesday (07Jul09), has decorated her room with images of her dad and written him daily notes since his death last month (25Jun09).

i've written letters to every significant person in my life who has died, some every day for a long time. i think it's a very adaptive and helpful part of the grieving process. i just wish for Paris that her aunt didn't feel the need to tell the press about her private process.
This was my thinking too. Especially given that he was super private about his kids. Probably pathologically so, but still, it was clearly his wish that the public didn't know anything about his kids. Now family members are telling the media everything about them. *headdesk*
Yeah, it's sad. Maybe knowing his family & their tendencies was part of why Michael was so resolutely protective of his children's privacy.
